Welcome to the Twin Creeks Information Center

Twin Creeks Community Association has approximately 2,810 homes and 54 acres of common area. Our residents enjoy the use of our 2 swimming pools, 6 tennis courts, 2 volley ball courts, 2 basketball courts, 2 playgrounds, numerous parks, natural greenbelts, and miles of hike - bike trails.  Homes in our community range from moderately priced town homes, single family residences, patio homes with front yard maintenance, and our gated community of Wimberley that feature “estate” luxury homes.  Our Association prides itself on maintaining consistent architectural controls, beautiful landscaping as well as a friendly, responsive, professional management team that carries out the day-to-day operations.
