Green2b will be applying 12-4-14 granular fertilizer to the Somerset Patio Homes starting Friday September 8th, 2023 to help your lawns to thrive this fall. Green2b will also be spot treating on a case by case basis for broadleaf weeds.
Q: Do the homeowners have to follow any particular watering schedule?
A: Not with this September 8th application. With the pre-emergent application they will need to water
in within 72 hours.

You voiced your landscaping concerns this past year, and your Board of Directors listened! The Lawns of Dallas contract was not renewed this year. As of January 2023, the front lawn service for the Somerset Patio Homes will be maintained byand the common areas will be addressed by LandCare . There are no changes to the scope of work or the dates of service. Both vendors will address the community needs on Thursdays. Notifications will be sent to the residents 2 weeks before pre/post-emergent and fertilization will be applied in case your water schedule needs temporary adjusting. Please see the frequency schedule below for the Somerset Patio Home front yard maintenance.
